Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Mason, OH is seeking University of Cincinnati students for a 12–24 week R&D Engineer Co-op starting January/February 2027. You’ll help create, reimagine and launch innovations that improve consumers’ lives, with mentorship from dedicated technologists in a collaborative, creative workspace.

This co-op is a temporary position with a predicted ending point; no full-time commitment at this stage.

Qualifications

• In progress towards a BS in life or physical science such as Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Analytical and Measurement Science, Microbiology, Packaging Science, or a related field.
• Engineering roles in Chemical, Mechanical, Biomedical fields; Data Science/Analytics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics may apply.
• Candidates must be able to work from Mason/Cincinnati, OH without relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and manufacturing consumer products across R&D areas.
• Collaborate with technologists and mentors to strengthen skills and advance projects.
• Contribute to design, testing, deployment and support of new innovations.
• Engage in cross-functional activities including data analysis and modeling when applicable.
