Job summary

Procter & Gamble (P&G) in Mason, OH invites aspiring engineers and scientists to join a 12-week summer internship in R&D. Interns will explore various areas such as product research, formulation, packaging, process development, and data science while collaborating with mentors to apply cutting-edge innovation tools.

The program targets freshmen to juniors pursuing BS or MS in engineering or science, with a minimum 3.0 GPA.

Qualifications

• Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors are invited to intern
• 12 weeks during the summer of 2027 (mid/late May – early August)
• GPA 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly
• Locations in Boston and Cincinnati

Responsibilities

• Work across multiple R&D areas including Products Research, Formulation & Design, Packaging & Device Development
• Develop and optimize consumer products using state-of-the-art methods
• Collaborate with technologists and mentors to advance skills and mastery
• Engage in data science, modeling, and analysis to inform decisions
• Contribute to the development of new to the world materials and processes
