Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Digital Solutions professional, Manager, Reporting & Insights to accelerate digital capabilities across R&D. This hands-on, business-embedded role will combine expertise in analytics, automation, and AI to configure tools, improve decision making, and increase productivity.

On-site in Johns Creek, GA; Fort Worth, TX or Mexico City, Mexico location. You will partner with stakeholders, translate needs into use cases, develop dashboards, and lead delivery with adoption and value

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, BI, or digital solutions.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into use cases and roadmaps.
• Experience with BI tools and data visualization.
• Experience in regulated industries (medical devices/pharma) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D stakeholders to translate strategies into digital solutions.
• Identify opportunities based on value, feasibility, risk, and reusability.
• Develop use cases, requirements, prototypes, and roadmaps.
• Configure platforms and engage IT for security, deployment, or support.
• Lead delivery and ensure adoption and value realization.
• Design dashboards and reports to support strategic decisions.
• Leverage analytics tools to transform data into insights.
