Job summary

BAC is seeking a skilled engineering student intern to assist with laboratory and testing facility improvement initiatives. You will work with the R&D Design & Testing team to design, build, and commission laboratory infrastructure and to support ongoing projects.

Responsibilities include creating and updating CAD models, layouts, and documentation; assisting with equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting, and startup activities; and collecting and analyzing data to guide

Qualifications

• Majoring in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Materials preferred).
• Juniors, Seniors, or MS students preferred.
• Comfortable working in hands-on laboratory/testing environment and using shop and power tools.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD required; Autodesk Inventor preferred but not required.
• Proficient in Excel; advanced knowledge of Excel VBA, Matlab, or similar programming language preferred.

BAC Hiring Compensation Range $22 - $28 per hour.

BAC provides additional earnings in the form of overtime as applicable under law.
