Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an R&D Analytical Sciences Lab Assistant in Glenview, IL to support analytical testing, method development, and data documentation. You will prepare samples, run routine tests, and assist with equipment setup while maintaining GMP and safety standards.

This onsite role offers a starting hourly rate of $28, with benefits and opportunities to work with analytical scientists on method development and data management in a state‑of‑the‑art lab setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or completion of a two-year technical program in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, with 1 to 2 years in a laboratory, pilot plant, or technical environment.
• Basic computer proficiency including Excel, Word, Outlook and data entry into lab or inventory systems.
• Familiarity with common lab equipment and learning calibration and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test samples according to procedures.
• Conduct routine tests, record data.
• Support procurement of samples and supplies; coordinate shipping/receiving.
