Kraft Heinz is seeking an on‑site R&D Sweetener & Salt Lab Assistant in Glenview, IL. You will support product development with hands‑on lab prep, sample handling, testing, and documentation, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will collaborate with food scientists and technicians to execute test formulas, collect data, and support pilot plant activities and product trials in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry or related field, or high school diploma with 2+ years’ lab/pilot plant/food production experience.

Responsabilités

• Prepare ingredients, formulas, and samples according to procedures and test plans.
• Perform routine lab tests, document observations and results.
• Organize sensory evaluations, including panel setup and sample preparation.
• Conduct shelf-life studies and data recording.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards in the lab.
