Job summary

Kraft Heinz Company in Glenview, IL invites a motivated R&D Analytical Sciences Lab Assistant to support analytical testing, method development, and innovation efforts. You will prepare samples, run routine tests, record data, and help maintain GMP-compliant lab operations.

You will collaborate with analytical scientists, follow SOPs, manage chemical inventory, and assist with document uploads and test reports as part of a dynamic, onsite team at the R&D Innovation Center.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of lab, pilot plant, or technical environment experience.
• Familiarity with scales, ovens, viscometers, and colorimeters.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols; strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare test samples and conduct routine lab tests.
• Record observations and manage test data accurately.
• Organize samples and coordinate shipping/receiving.
• Assist with calibration, equipment readiness, and test reports.
