Visions Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quoting & Estimating Supervisor for a Gardena-based electronics contract manufacturer. This on-site, direct-hire role leads a quote team, manages RFQs from start to submission, and delivers accurate, profitable bids to win new business. Qualifications

• 3 yrs estimating/quoting (EMS preferred).
• 2 yrs lead/supervisory experience.
• Component & manufacturing process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage RFQs from start to submission.
• Ensure accurate, profitable costing.
• Coordinate cross‑functional bid requirements.
• Review bids and support NPI handoff.
• Improve quoting processes.
