Job summary

Visions Staffing Solutions is seeking a Quoting & Estimating Supervisor for a Gardena-based electronics contract manufacturer. This on-site, direct-hire role leads a quote team, manages RFQs from start to submission, and delivers accurate, profitable bids to win new business. Salary is $75,000–$90,000 annually with full benefits and 401(k) match.

Our client is an established electronics contract manufacturer in Gardena that supports aerospace and defense programs. They are looking for a Quoting & Estimating Supervisor to lead their quote team, sharpen the bidding process, and deliver accurate, competitive bids that bring in new business.
