Job summary

Acker Merrall & Condit is seeking a Customer Development Representative to support manufacturer representatives, regional sales managers, and the technical solutions team throughout the quoting and sales process.

This role serves as the primary internal point of contact, ensuring inquiries move smoothly from initial contact through quotation, follow-up, and order transition. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and representative requests throughout the quoting process, ensuring information is complete, organized, and communicated effectively.
• Serve as a key point of contact for manufacturer representatives, providing timely project updates and coordinating requests with internal teams.
• Maintain sales opportunities and project information within the CRM system and proactively follow up on outstanding quotations.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers and Technical Solutions to support customer needs, identify opportunities, and provide a positive overall customer experience.
• Coordinate projects through quotation, revisions, follow-up, and transition into the order process.
