Job summary

RC Industries in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Quoting & BOM Analyst to maintain accurate BOMs, prices, and quotes for new and existing products. You will review drawings, change notices, and ensure data integrity across ERP, MRP, and PLM systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product changes, perform cost analyses, and support launches and lifecycle activities, while mentoring teammates and aligning with Lean manufacturing principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years BOM/product management experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; highly organized.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; CAD helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, update, and audit quotes and BOMs for new and existing products.
• Review drawings, specs, standards and change notices for BOM accuracy.
• Process Engineering Change Orders and product revisions as needed.
• Perform cost & pricing analysis; validate material structures and configurations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve BOM discrepancies.
• Ensure master data compliance in ERP, MRP, and PLM systems.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support product launches, transfers, and end-of-life activities.
