Set up, program and safely operate the Press Brake to form parts to print in a timely fashion to meet schedule goals set by RC 2. Use sequence list to ensure items are moving according to schedules and on-time delivery measures are met as set by Shop Floor Mobile. 3. Uphold RC Industries quality model by conducting all in-process checks as well as report any defects to your Front-Line Leader 4. Program new parts and update existing parts for better efficiency. 5. Let FLL know of the need for tooling. 6. Ensure 5s assignments are complete 7. Timely labor reporting for jobs completed in Shop Floor Mobile. 8. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment and abide by safety rules at all times 2. **Mentoring & Training (5% of the job)** 1. Use strengths and skills to mentor and train others in meeting and exceeding delivery dates and customer expectations. 2. Employees should use extreme caution, follow all safety procedures, and wear all required PPE to ensure safety for themselves and others | |## Qualifications| || --- || **Position Requirements:** || 1. **Education:** A high school diploma or GED 2. **Experience:** 2 or more years’ experience using small to mid-sized tools and computing measurements; experience in quality a plus 3. **Certification(s):** n/a 4. **Functional Skills:** 1. Basic math and counting skills (skills assessment). 2. Use of measuring tools such as tape measure, calipers, micrometers, etc. 3. Able to read, understand and follow work instructions. 4. Able to read and understand blueprints. 5. Able to work using small hand tools at a good speed. 6. Able to be flexible and move from job to job as priorities change. 7.
