Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
• College level coursework or 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Entrepreneurial approach to balance winning new orders while improving profit margin.
• Strong math skills to accurately manage product cost data.
• Strong interpersonal, customer contact skills, and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Determines pricing for quotations.
• Collaborates with purchasing to provide information for bidding raw components.
• Communicates with production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on time delivery to customers.
• Maintains working relationship with internal and external customers to ensure customer service excellence.
• Reviewing and resolving customer concerns, quality issues, and payment discrepancies involving the appropriate parties when necessary.
