Job summary

• Sourcing/Supply Chain Experience.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal personnel.
• Answer questions from suppliers pertaining to the RFQ.
• Follow up and track the completion of RFQ’s.

What You’ll Do as a Quote Coordinator

In this role, you would be responsible for all purchasing quote activities and tracking. The role works with Sales and Strategic Sourcing to prepare and request quote packages from suppliers.

You’ll:

• Work closely with the Strategic Sourcing Specialists and Sales team
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal personnel
• Answer questions from suppliers pertaining to the RFQ
• Follow up and track the completion of RFQ’s
• Analyze and evaluate vendor quotes for accuracy and cost
• Maintains RFQ database
• Demonstrate professionalism when representing the company in all communications

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1 st Shift
