Job summary

Kirby Risk is seeking a Pricing Support Coordinator in Indiana who is detail-driven, excels at math, and proficient with Excel. You will help execute pricing strategies, coordinate with vendors, and provide internal support across the organization.

This role emphasizes pricing accuracy, load changes from vendors, and rebates, with a Monday–Friday schedule and minimal travel. You’ll work primarily at a computer in an office environment and grow your knowledge of electrical supply distribution.

The Pricing Support Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring pricing accuracy, vendor coordination, and internal support across our organization.

What You’ll Do as a Pricing Support Coordinator

In this role, you’ll be a key contributor to pricing strategy execution, vendor coordination, and account support.

You’ll

• Coordinate pricing activities and communicate product and vendor information across teams
• Handle technical pricing questions and help organize the complaint resolution process
• Maintain close communication with focus accounts using available tools to manage, implement, model, and monitor pricing
• Support growth of unassigned accounts by qualifying opportunities for account managers
• Promote E-Commerce tools and customer service solutions
• Accurately load vendor cost changes and maintain pricing integrity
• Assist with all aspects of rebates, including backups, loading strategic files, and configuring sell margins
• Learn and grow your knowledge of electrical supply distribution, vendor relations, and business development

• Ability and desire to work independently on a computer for extended periods
• Strong communication skills, including talking and hearing in person and by phone
• Industry experience in Electrical Supply and familiarity with Eterm/Solar is a plus
• Bonus points for experience with SQL, Access, and/or Power BI

What to Expect in This Role

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm CST
• Minimal travel and overtime
• Primarily computer-based work in a professional office environment
