Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 3+ years of experience with electrical and lighting products and related project materials.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer and vendor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong math and analytical abilities.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret layouts; detail-oriented with strong follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project blueprints to identify specifications and required materials.
• Prepare bills of materials and obtain vendor pricing.
• Formulate bid pricing strategies aligned with sales margins and pricing policies.
• Prepare and submit complete bid proposals by deadlines.
• Maintain an accurate bid follow-up system with customers and sales teams.
• Coordinate ordering and delivery when a proposal is awarded; monitor progress and pricing accuracy.
• Develop and communicate pricing strategies and product knowledge to internal teams.
• Support multiple branches with pricing and supplier relations.
