Job summary

Apogee Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Technician to partner with Sales, Estimating, Project Management and Engineering. You will ensure timely, accurate estimates and order placement while delivering superior customer service.

The role focuses on RFQs, pricing, submittals, and coordination across departments. Office-based with occasional manufacturing floor visits; Proactive communication and data accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Construction or Project Management preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years related experience in estimating, engineering, drafting, factory order, or project management.
• Extensive knowledge of EFCO brand product preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a RFQ from materials, elevation takeoff, or plans and specs.
• Price storefronts, curtain walls, doors using price books or software.
• Process orders and coordinate with other departments for customer service.
• Generate material lists and elevation takeoffs from architectural drawings.
• Submit project submittals, samples, and mockups.
