Job summary

TriLink BioTechnologies is seeking a Quotation Coordinator I to support our Commercial team with pricing quotes and quotes processing. You will work closely with Sales, BD Managers, Alliance Managers, customers, and partners to ensure timely and accurate pricing information, while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will coordinate information across departments, manage CRM quotes, and participate in routine training to stay updated on TriLink products and services.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Science background highly preferred
Knowledge of Salesforce
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders while multitasking
Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team

Responsibilities

Receive client instructions and generate quotations from sources
Meet deadlines by prioritizing research, writing, editing, and reviewing quotes
Collaborate with sales, BD managers, and other departments
Maintain CRM (Salesforce) records and track quotes
Engage in customer calls to discuss quotes or answer technical questions
Attend internal calls to review sales activities
Support the sales team to drive revenue growth
