Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Spotsylvania County, VA seeks a Quick Service Supervisor to lead fast-paced food outlets and ensure quality, speed, and guest satisfaction. You’ll manage front- and back-of-house teams, train staff, and maintain safety and cost controls in a dynamic resort environment.

Qualifications

• General food and beverage knowledge is required.
• Minimum 2 years of progressive management experience in a hotel, resort, or quick-service setting preferred.
• Experience with high volume operations is a must.
• Prior restaurant or fast-food experience is required; supervisory responsibilities are a plus.
• General knowledge and understanding of P&L statements.
• Prior experience managing inventory, foodcost, and labor cost required.
• Ability to remain fluid during high occupancy times and in high stress situations.
• Schedule availability must be flexible; this may include overnight.
• Beneficial if bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Help lead kitchen team in executing standardized recipes and maintaining food quality.
• Ensure fast ticket times, clean workspaces, and food safety compliance.

Quick Service Supervisor

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aQuick Service Supervisor. Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Quick Service Supervisor to help bring our food and beverage outlets to life. In this role, you’ll support daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensure consistent food quality and speed of service, and provide strong, hands-on leadership for teams delivering grab-and-go, quick-serve, and high-volume food production.

As a QSR Supervisor, you’ll help lead our fast-paced dining outlets—keeping teams fully staffed, well trained, and energized to deliver quick, friendly service and quality food—so our guests can refuel without ever leaving the fun.

As a member of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love by guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while creating exceptional guest experiences. Through positive leadership and operational excellence, you’ll foster a welcoming work environment that empowers your team to consistently deliver efficient, memorable service to every guest.

Pay Rate - $22 - $24/Hr.

Key Responsibilities
