Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of automotive repair and maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with shop tools, equipment and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Plans workflow with manager to meet demands.
• Coordinates with Parts Department to ensure parts availability.
• Completes service and repair assignments to pass quality checks.
• Road tests vehicles to verify repairs.
• Suggests needed additional work to Service Advisor.
• Explains repairs to customers when needed.
• Promotes dealership image with professional conduct and clean work area.
• Meets productivity and quality goals.
• Obtains and maintains Ford Technician certifications.
