Qualifications

• 1+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Proficiency with shop tools, equipment and basic computer software.
• Must be a team player with reliable, on-time work habit.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Prioritizes and plans workflow with manager to meet demands and customer needs.
• Coordinates with Parts Department to ensure parts are available to complete repairs.
• Completes service and repair assignments correctly to pass quality inspections or test drives.
• Road tests vehicles to ensure repairs are completed properly.
• Suggests additional work to the Service Advisor for customer notification.
• Assists Service Advisors to explain completed repairs to customers.
• Promotes dealership by presenting professional image and a clean work area.
• Meets or exceeds productivity and quality goals.
• Obtain and maintain Ford Technician certifications.
