Stivers Ford Lincoln is seeking a motivated Quicklane Technician to begin a career path in automotive tech. You will work hands-on at the dealership, learning the Ford lineup and diagnostic methods.

Responsibilities include routine maintenance, brake and tire work, and using Ford curricula for certification. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and team collaboration in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent preferred.
• Automotive repair experience of 1 year preferred.
• Familiarity with Ford curriculum certification or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: oil and filter changes.
• Inspect and replace bulbs, belts, hoses; service brakes and tires.
• Use diagnostics interfaces to aid repairs and maintenance.
• Communicate safety concerns to team advisor and ensure quality checks.
• Begin hands-on training and pursue Ford curriculum certification.

AtStivers Ford Lincoln, we are looking for a motivated, responsible person to join our team in the Quicklane to begin your career path to full automotive technician. Our dealership is fast-paced, organized, and built for the best technician experience! This is your opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn all you can about the automotive industry.

Our Quicklane Technicians come in everyday and work hands on at our dealership alongside pros of the industry. You will become familiar with all of makes and models, then move on to become familiar with the Ford vehicle line-up.

In addition to mechanical work, technicians use computers and interfaces to diagnose and repair a majority of repairs and maintenance

What You'll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, including:
• Changing oil and filters
• Inspecting and replacing bulbs, belts, and hoses
• Assessing, adjusting, and cleaning brakes
• Battery service, brake work, alignments
• Inform your team advisor of any additional safety concerns regarding customer vehicles
• Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices
• Begin hands on training and Ford curriculum certification
• Tire changing and exchanges of fluids

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Experienced Technicians: $300 quarterly bonus
