Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on customer vehicles.
• Plans workflow with manager to meet demands.
• Coordinates with Parts Department to secure parts.
• Completes service and repair assignments to pass quality checks.
• Road tests vehicles to verify repairs.
• Suggests additional work to the Service Advisor.
• Explains repairs to customers when needed.
• Promotes dealership with professional image and clean area.
• Meets productivity and quality goals.
• Work towards Ford technician certifications.
