Qualifications

• 6+ months of express lube or Quick Lane experience preferred, but entry‑level with mechanical aptitude encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record (Required).
• Willing to undergo a standard background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Express Services: oil changes, filter replacements, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, wheel balances.
• Vehicle Inspections: multi‑point safety checks on tires, brakes, belts, hoses, steering components.
• Maintenance Recommendations: identify worn parts and communicate needs to Quick Lane advisors.
• Tire Service: mount, balance, repair and install new tires per safety standards.
• Shop Standards: keep bay, tools, and equipment clean, safe, organized.
