Legacy Ford of Rosenberg is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our service team in Rosenberg, TX. You will be the primary contact for customers visiting our Quick Lane for routine maintenance and light repair, delivering an exceptional, transparent service experience.

This full-time role requires strong communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and teamwork with technicians.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems.
• Ability to multitask in a busy service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience.
• Assist customers with oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, batteries, tires, and other maintenance needs.
• Accurately document customer concerns and create repair orders.
• Review vehicle inspection results and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Provide accurate service estimates, explain pricing, and obtain customer authorization.
• Maintain communication with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service completion.
• Keep customers informed of vehicle status, recommendations, and expected completion times.
• Review completed services and invoices with customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and consistent follow-up.
• Help achieve departmental goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and service efficiency.
