Quick Lane of Rosenberg / Ford of Rosenberg is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our service team. You will be the primary contact for customers visiting our Quick Lane for routine maintenance and light repairs, delivering an exceptional customer experience.

In this fast-paced role, you will greet customers, document concerns, prepare repair orders, review inspection results, provide accurate estimates, and keep customers informed of status and timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive service advisor preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy service environment.
• Comfortable using computers and dealership management systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming service experience.
• Assist customers with oil changes, tire rotations, brake services, batteries, tires, and other maintenance needs.
• Accurately document customer concerns and create repair orders.
• Review vehicle inspection results and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Provide accurate service estimates, explain pricing, and obtain customer authorization.
• Maintain communication with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely service completion.
• Keep customers informed of vehicle status, recommendations, and expected completion times.
• Review completed services and invoices with customers.
• Build lasting customer relationships through honesty, professionalism, and consistent follow-up.
• Help achieve departmental goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and service efficiency.

• Valid driver's license.
