Job summary

Chalmers Ford in Rio Rancho, NM is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. You'll greet customers, identify and communicate service needs, and coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate repairs and satisfaction.

A proven customer service mindset, strong communication, basic math and computer skills, and a valid New Mexico driver's license are preferred. We offer a stable, full-time schedule Monday–Saturday with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor/Service Consultant preferred.
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
• Basic math and typing skills.
• Valid New Mexico driver's license.

Responsibilities

The Service Advisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer's perspective comes first. This individual presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. Serves as the communicator between customer and technician, ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Current valid New Mexico Driver's License
