Chalmers Ford in Rio Rancho, United States is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our busy Service Department. You will build customer relationships, write accurate repair orders, and communicate with technicians to deliver an exceptional service experience.

We value candidates with Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealership experience and a proven ability to recommend and sell services while maintaining high CSI scores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Understanding of manufacturer warranty processes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to recommend and sell automotive services.
• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume service department.

Chalmers Ford is looking for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor / Service Writer to join our growing Service Department.

We're looking for a proven dealership Service Advisor who knows how to build customer relationships, write accurate repair orders, communicate with technicians, recommend maintenance and repairs, and deliver an exceptional service experience.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience at Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, or Ram dealerships, but experienced Service Advisors from other domestic dealerships are encouraged to apply.

COMPENSATION

$60,000–$100,000+ PER YEAR

Commission-based pay plan with strong earning potential for experienced Service Advisors.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Greet customers in the service drive and identify their vehicle needs
