Job summary

Goseeocford in Hardeeville, SC, is seeking an experienced Quick Lane Manager to lead our busy 5-bay operation averaging 500 repair orders per month. You will manage daily Quick Lane operations and drive service excellence.

You will lead technicians and advisors, develop the team, and focus on customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability while maintaining Ford dealership standards and Reynolds Ignite familiarity as a plus.

Qualifications

• Automotive service management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in customer service and team performance.
• Ford experience is a plus.
• Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus.
