Job summary
OC Welch Ford Lincoln in Hardeeville is seeking an experienced Quick Lane Manager to lead our busy 5-bay operation, handling about 500 repair orders per month and driving customer satisfaction.
You will oversee daily Quick Lane activities, mentor technicians and advisors, and work to improve productivity, sales, and profitability while maintaining Ford dealership standards. The role offers a base salary of $5,000 per month with a performance bonus and earnings potential well above base.
Qualifications
- Automotive service management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record in customer service and team performance.
- Ford experience is a plus.
- Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus.
