You will oversee daily shop activities, mentor technicians and service advisors, and ensure top-tier customer service. The role offers base salary with a performance bonus and strong growth opportunities within a bustling dealership, with a focus on Ford standards and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven track record in customer service and team performance.
• Ford experience is a plus.
• Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus.
