Ronnie Thompson Ford is seeking a Quicklane Maintenance Advisor to greet customers, collect vehicle information, and clearly report concerns. You will determine maintenance needs based on age, mileage and history, and prepare cost estimates for labor and parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in service department.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience in a fast-paced service environment.

Quicklane Maintenance Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle concerns to client
• Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish service completion time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Quicklane Maintenance Advisor Requirements:

• Previous experience at a Ford dealership is a plus
• Ability to identify the problem quickly
• Knowledge of automobiles
• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
• Very energetic personality
• A desire for a long‑term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
• Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
• Minimum of 1 year in service department
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
