Cornerstone Auto Group in Elk River, MN, seeks a Quick Lane Advisor at our Ford Quick Lane location. You will assist customers with repair orders, coordinate service work, and process payments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain customer's signature on repair orders and process payment details.
• Review repair orders to ensure work is completed; note any additional work for authorization.
• Close repair orders and forward warranty/ROs to admin for processing.
• Ensure vehicles are parked in assigned areas; secure keys.
• Implement a quality control process to reduce comebacks.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professional appearance.
• Keep the work area clean and organized; complete required training timely.

Closes repair orders as appropriate and gets all warranty and internal RO's to admin for elm processing and closingEnsures that vehicles are parked in assigned areas.
