Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor in Sioux Falls, SD. You will be the main point of contact for Quick Lane service guests and will receive comprehensive training to perform effectively in this role.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of Quick Lane technicians to perform vehicle maintenance for our guests.
• Notify guests on the health of their vehicle based on the technician's inspection.
• Recommend all needed vehicle maintenance items to guests.
• Add job lines to the repair order and ensure repairs are completed.
• Finalize the guest's invoice and notify them when their vehicle is complete.
• Cashiering the guest and handing their vehicle back to them.
• Create an outstanding service experience for our guests.
• Maintain professional personal appearance.
• Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Complete required advisor training.

We offer our Quick Lane Service Advisors extremely competitive pay, in the range of $40,000 to $55,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of Quick Lane technicians to perform vehicle maintenance for our guests
• Use the technician’s inspection to notify your guest on the health of their vehicle
• Recommending all needed vehicle maintenance items to your guest
• Adding job lines to the repair order and making sure your team performs approved repairs
• Finalize the guests’ invoice and notify them when their vehicle is complete
• Cashiering the guest and handing their vehicle over to them
• Create an outstanding service experience for our guests
• Maintain professional personal appearance
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
• Complete required advisor training assigned to you
