Job summary

Sioux Falls Ford Lincoln is hiring a Quick Lane Service Advisor to be the main point of contact for our Quick Lane service guests. We will train you and provide the tools and knowledge needed to become an outstanding Quick Lane Service Advisor.

If you are an outgoing individual who enjoys working with people, this role offers a path to growth. The dealership is large and can provide room to advance; Quick Lane is a great starting point to become a main line service advisor.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of Quick Lane technicians to perform vehicle maintenance for our guests
• Use the technician’s inspection to notify your guest on the health of their vehicle
• Recommending all needed vehicle maintenance items to your guest
• Adding job lines to the repair order and making sure your team performs approved repairs
• Finalize the guests’ invoice and notify them when their vehicle is complete
• Cashiering the guest and handing their vehicle over to them
• Create an outstanding service experience for our guests
• Maintain professional personal appearance
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
• Complete required advisor training assigned to you

We offer our Quick Lane Service Advisors extremely competitive pay, in the range of $40,000 to $55,000 annually.
