Job summary

Cornerstone Auto Group in Minnesota is seeking a Sales Associate to build lasting relationships with customers, guide vehicle selection, and promote features and value-added services. You will conduct test drives, negotiate sales ethically, and maintain accurate documentation.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, ongoing product training, and participation in a team environment at our Monticello dealership. A high focus on satisfaction and follow-up completes the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience of one year or more.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Basic computer and internet skills for data entry and records.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and guide them through vehicle selection.
• Promote and demonstrate model options and value-added products/services.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure safety rules are followed.
• Negotiate sales in a clear, ethical manner and maintain sales documentation.
• Follow up with customers and manage referrals to generate new business.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in ongoing product training.
