Innova Solutions is seeking a Quartz Operations Engineer – Reliability Support (with strong Linux platform) in Pennington, NJ. This is a full-time, hybrid onsite contract (initially 4 days onsite, 1 remote; after 6 months 3 onsite, 2 remote) for 12-18 months.

The role focuses on monitoring, triage, and production stability for the Quartz platform, with strong Linux and observability requirements. Collaboration with SREs is essential.

• Python exposure only, not full development.
• Dynatrace and Splunk experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Quartz platform reliability/health.
• Perform initial triage of incidents.
• Triage production issues and coordinate with SRE/Engineering.
• Maintain dashboards and logs, including observability dashboards.
• Respond to alerts and escalate to SRE/Engineering as needed.
• Support operational workflows and Quartz Operations processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Required Experience: Minimum 7+ Years

It is an Operational Role Supporting Quartz Platform Monitoring, Triage, and Production Stability. It is NOT a Full SRE (Site Reliability Engineer), but an adjacent role.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Hourly Pay Rate Range: $60/hr-$64/hr
