Job summary

Fontaine Spray Suppression Company, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking an assembler to build, inspect, and prepare quarter fenders and related components for shipping according to documented instructions and daily schedules. You will document first piece inspections, maintain a clean, safe work area, follow all safety procedures, and work with teammates to meet production goals. A high school diploma or GED and at least six months of industrial experience are required.

Qualifications

• Six months of industrial experience required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble quarter fenders and components per daily schedules and documented instructions.
• Prepare finished fenders for shipments with proper labeling and packaging.
• Follow production or sales orders and assemble configurations to satisfy orders.
• Document first piece inspection and other required forms legibly and accurately.
• Report problems (non-conforming parts, lack of material, etc.) to the Team Leader.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area and store tools properly.
