Job summary

Fontaine Spray Suppression Company, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks an assembler to build quarter fenders and related components. You will follow daily schedules, prepare parts for shipping, and ensure proper labeling and packaging.

The role requires at least six months of industrial experience and a high school diploma or GED, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Six months of industrial experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions, work with team and maintain quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble quarter fenders and components per schedules, pick lists or instructions.
• Prepare finished parts for shipment with proper labeling and packaging.
• Follow orders and assemble configurations to satisfy customer requirements.
• Document first-piece inspection and other forms legibly and accurately.
• Report problems to the Team Leader (non-conforming parts, material shortages, etc.).
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and store tools properly.
• Follow safety procedures, work rules and company policies at all times.
• Periodically clean and maintain machinery and work areas.
• Assist other departments to meet production goals and resolve workflow issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
