Job summary

Mid-South Aggregates, a CRH Company, is seeking a Plant/Site Manager to oversee day-to-day quarry operations in Spartanburg, SC. You will manage personnel, scheduling, safety programs, and QA, ensuring efficient, safe production and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience; Greenfield experience is preferred. Travel and nightly/weekend work may be required in a demanding site environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate personnel.

• Inspect vehicles and equipment; report repairs.
