Job summary

Amrize operates a quarry-based plant in Virginia and is seeking a Plant Operator with 2–5 years of experience to support crushing, screening, and processing operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience operating equipment in aggregate quarry, crushing plant, mining operation, or similar industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor crushing, screening, conveying, and processing equipment to maintain production.
• Adjust plant controls and equipment settings to optimize production rates and product quality.
• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and lubrication for reliable plant performance.
• Monitor stockpiles and material flow to ensure product specifications are met.
• Record production and maintenance activities and report equipment issues promptly.
