Central Stone Company is seeking a 1st Shift Quarry Plant Operator & Maintenance at our Missouri location. The role involves operating, monitoring, maintaining, and repairing rock crushing and processing equipment.

This full-time position requires safety focus and mechanical aptitude, with training provided for those with the right mindset. The job typically runs Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused and responsible for following safety procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for maintaining heavy equipment.
• Experience with general manufacturing processes or operating/maintaining equipment.
• Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions.
• Self-motivated with a solid work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and environmental rules and procedures (MSHA).
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Monitor crushers and conveyors for proper function during operation.
• Assist with plant mode changes and clean-up tasks.
• Operate and monitor equipment to ensure safe production.
