Job summary

Central Stone Company in Farmington, Missouri, is hiring a Plant Operator/Maintenance for our quarry operations. This full-time role requires dependable work ethic, safety focus, and willingness to work overtime to meet production needs.

You will operate and maintain heavy machinery, assist crew, and ensure equipment reliability while complying with company policies and regulations. A high school diploma or GED is required, and welding/fabrication skills are a plus.

Central Stone has an immediate full-time opening for a Plant Operator/Maintenance in the Farmington, MO area. Candidates must be dependable and willing to work overtime. Our Company has over 100 years of experience in the aggregate/construction material industry and is a stable and successful company over those years.

Plant Operator/Maintenance responsibilities include:

• Assisting crew in all aspects of quarry operation as assigned
• Operating and maintaining heavy machinery
• Maintaining and repairing all equipment
• Properly following all company policies and adhering to all governmental regulations

The ideal Plant Operator/Maintenance candidate will have:

• High school diploma or GED
• A focus on safety and a strong work ethic
• Experience operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment
• A background in quarry operations is preferred
• A strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in fabrication and welding is preferred
• A valid driver's license

Candidates must have the ability to perform heavy lifting and rigorous physical activity in all weather conditions.
