Job summary

CRH seeks a skilled supervisor to oversee operations of an aggregate mining crew. Responsibilities include managing personnel and equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.

Must maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers while also handling daily reporting tasks and safety inspections. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and be proficient in Windows, Excel and Word.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership skills to supervise aggregate mining crew.
• Ability to complete daily reports and maintain job records.
• Must be familiar with safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of an aggregate mining crew.
• Ensure proper placement of resources and coordination with Plant Manager.
• Conduct weekly safety training and internal safety inspections.
