Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH company, is seeking a Quarry Foreperson to lead daily operations at one of our production sites in Arkansas. You will be the liaison between the Quarry Superintendent and crew, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of relevant experience or training. Travel and night shifts may be required; PPE is provided and OSHA/MSHA compliance is expected.

Responsibilities

• Champion a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA/MSHA regulations.
• Oversee daily production and maintenance activities and schedule major repairs to minimize downtime.
• Identify and report issues to leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, manage, and schedule personnel, including attendance and hours.
• Train employees in plant and mobile equipment operations and basic repairs.
