Strong interest in quarry operations and safety.
Ability to follow quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned tasks with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Participate in hands-on training in pit and plant activities.
Assist with equipment maintenance and repair.
Follow quality control procedures and assist with lab testing.
Assist with sales and dispatch activities, including weighing and ticketing haul trucks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Attend daily safety briefings and identify hazards.
Actively seek feedback and coaching from supervisors and team members.
Prepare end-of-summer presentation summarizing experiences and learning outcomes.
