Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will be currently enrolled in an advanced degree or certificate program in a related discipline to the industry.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks and projects with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Participate in hands‑on training and practice in pit and plant activities.
• Assist with equipment maintenance and repair.
• Follow quality control procedures and participate in lab testing as required.
• Assist with sales and dispatch activities, including weighing and ticketing haul trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Attend daily safety briefings and actively participate in hazard identification and reporting.
• Actively seek out feedback and coaching from supervisors and team members.
• Complete end‑of-summer presentation summarizing experiences and learning outcomes.
