Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator I to transport materials around the quarry and assist in production operations. You will operate front end loaders, haul trucks, dozers, and other machinery as required by production/shipping needs.

Responsibilities include routine equipment inspections, reporting issues, maintaining a safe work environment, and coordinating with quality and safety teams. The role requires shift work and adherence to PPE protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write and work in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in quarry or construction environments preferred.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot heavy equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate haul trucks, water trucks, rock breakers, and fuel trucks.
• Operate mobile equipment: loaders, dozers, backhoes, graders, excavators, skid steers.
• Inspect equipment each shift and report issues.
• Correct malfunctions or report safety hazards to supervisor.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
• Take accurate counts of material additions.
• Communicate safety, maintenance and production needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
