Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking a Loader Operator in our Texas site to safely operate a front-end loader and dozer, moving aggregates and loading customer trucks promptly. You will stockpile materials and support daily production in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include pre-shift inspections, basic maintenance, and strict adherence to safety rules. Requires ability to work long shifts, weekends, and overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of heavy equipment preferred.
• Experience with loaders and dozers a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader and dozer safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections and basic maintenance.
• Load material according to safety rules and ensure truck accuracy.
• Assist with stockpiling materials and site housekeeping.
• Adhere to MSHA/OSHA safety policies and procedures.
