Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of heavy equipment experience, and the ability to read manuals and gauges. The position requires 12-hour shifts, potential overtime, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year heavy equipment experience preferred.
• Loader operator experience encouraged.
• Must be able to read and interpret gauges and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate front-end loader/dozer safely and efficiently.
• Stockpile materials and load customer trucks on time.
• Perform pre-shift safety inspections and routine maintenance.
• Maintain good housekeeping of equipment and work area.
• Assist with plant maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Follow MSHA/OSHA and site safety rules.
